Meet the Interns

Kaylee Ruppel:

Hello everyone! My name is Kaylee. I was born and raised in a small town called New Braunfels in the Texas Hill Country. I grew up in a Christian home and accepted Christ at a young age, making my faith truly my own over the course of my life. I am twenty years old and about to enter into my third year at Dallas Baptist University studying English and photography. My passions are writing, reading, photography, art, and building relationships with people. I love trying new things and ceasing every once in a lifetime opportunity that I can. I am so grateful to be here for the summer, already dreading leaving the sweet people that I have met. Having been here a month already, I have noticed the passion that lies within Hill City Church. It is a burning passion that fuels the hope of the Pontypool community while proclaiming the hope found in Jesus. I cannot thank the Lord enough for this opportunity and for introducing me to such an incredible body of believers. Y’all are awesome!

Sarah Morrow:

Hey y’all! I am so overjoyed to be here for this short time this summer! Just a little about me, I was born in San Antonio, Texas but left the city life for small town Belton for university, and I have lived there ever since! I accepted Christ into my life after my first year of university and it has been an amazing journey ever since. I am finishing up my last year studying to be an elementary (primary) school teacher, and I cannot wait for what God has next. I have a passion for speaking life and truth into children, youth, and even my own peers. I have the best group of friends and amazing support, we value our time together and always have fun. God has taught me so much about His heart for the nations, which is what brought me all the way to Wales this summer. He has taught me more and more each day I have been here! It has been amazing to learn about your culture and make lifelong friends across the sea!
