On Sunday 8th February we have the joy of baptising several new believers from our church family.
As there is no baptistry at our current venue, the baptism service will be hosted by our friends at Noddfa Baptist Chapel (top of High Street, Abersychan).
Baptism is one of the most joyful occasions in the life of a local church as it testifies to the saving grace of God. Therefore, at Hill City we believe that every baptism service is a cause for great celebration – and you are warmly invited to join us!
The service will start at 6pm and refreshments will be served afterwards.
Faith Fit is a great opportunity for ladies to get fit, share healthy recipes with each other and grow stronger in the faith as they study the Scriptures and pray together.
Faith Fit is run by ladies from Hill City Church and starts on Tuesday 27th January.
If you’d like to know more about Faith Fit, please do get in touch.
As Christians we are radically saved by God’s grace. As we trust in the finished work of Jesus Christ’s death and resurrection our sin is forgiven, our shame covered and we enter into a relationship with the living God. But what should a (vertical) relationship with God mean for our (horizontal) relationships with others, in church, home and our friendships?
In this 3-part mini-series we will seek to answer these questions as we explore what it means for us to allow God’s grace to shape our various relationships.
