Highfields, Cardiff
Highfields Free Church is committed to being at the heart of the community. Activities include social and educational initiatives which are being resourced from the Centre in Monthermer Road. We have a desire to be involved with the area, to serve and demonstrate practically the love of Christ for the whole person - body, mind and spirit.
Christchurch, Newport
Christchurch is a non-denominational Church, that is seriously passionate about the glorious Gospel of Grace. Many years ago, we became a part of the Evangelical Alliance, and for the past seven years we have been part of the family of churches known as 'Sovereign Grace Ministries', led by our good friend, C.J. Mahaney. For nearly eleven years now, we have been based at the Christchurch Centre in Newport. During that time, the facility has been completely refurbished and now provides a wonderful home for the 400+ folks that are a part of the Church family.
Gabalfa Baptist Church, Cardiff
Gabalfa Baptist Church is affiliated with the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches. We are a church who base our beliefs and service on the known will of God as revealed in the Bible. As part of the body of our Lord Jesus Christ, not only do we seek to support and equip our own members for their personal growth, but in response to the "Great Commission", we also desire in the power of the Holy Spirit to equip and to provide opportunity to reach out to the lost in Cardiff and the world. We want to be used by God to spread the Good News of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Beacon Church, St. Mellons
We are a family friendly church made up of people of all ages and quite a few nationalities. Our congregation is a mixture of people from the St Mellons area and others who have come to work alongside us in reaching out with the Good News of Jesus.
Rumney Chapel
We are a family friendly church with a very relaxed and informal atmosphere. At the chapel you can be sure of a warm welcome! We believe that the Bible gives you practical answers to real life issues. What you learn in church on Sunday you'll be able to use on Monday! Take a look around our website and if you've got any questions about it or us then just drop us a line!
Ebenezer, Pontnewydd
We are a group of people, of all ages, who believe in our Lord Jesus Christ and have committed our lives to following Him. We are an evangelical church, which means that we believe the Bible to be God's Word and the sole authority over our faith and conduct. We practice Believer's Baptism and accept those who have been born-again through God's Spirit into membership of our fellowship. We seek to encourage and help each other in Christian Discipleship and witness to others concerning those things that we believe. Our Services and meetings are open for all who wish to come along.
Looking 4 God
This web site is designed to take you on a journey. It will help to answer many of the questions that you may be asking on your journey to knowing God.
EZ36
EZ36 is a mission to take the awesome, life-changing message of Jesus into some of the toughest parts of South Wales. The vision behind EZ36 comes from an awesome bit in the Bible (Ezekiel 36, funnily enough!) where God promises that He's going to fully transform some pretty messed-up places beyond all recognition! It speaks of God's people being right at the heart of what He's going to do! EZ36 is a vision for Wales and challenges Christians to answer the call to lay down their lives and sacrifice their 'right' to a comfortable existence for a cause that's so much greater than themselves - taking Jesus to people that really need Him!!!
City Temple, Cardiff
The City Temple is a city centre church with a citywide vision. Started in 1929 after an extraordinary 51 nights of pioneer outreach meetings led by evangelist George Jeffreys, which saw over 3,000 converted and many wonderful healings, the City Temple opened in 1934 on a prime site opposite Sophia Gardens and a stone's throw from the new Millennium Stadium.
Waleswide
Waleswide facilitates the planting of new churches in Wales and the strengthening of existing ones where appropriate. Waleswide seeks a cooperative effort among evangelicals throughout Wales in order to encourage the multiplication of Bible believing Christian churches throughout the nation. We work with church groupings and networks that share our values and doctrinal distinctives whether Anglican, Baptist, Reformed, Charismatic, Welsh Language denominations or independent.
Banah
The Hebrew word Banah comes from a verse in Isaiah and means to rebuild. That's what we're all about here, rebuilding and restoring broken lives and, by God's grace, seeing Him break through into the hearts of men and women that they would glorify Him.
Evangelical Alliance, Wales
Evangelical Alliance Wales represents churches across the nation from some 30 different denominations. Our vision as Evangelicals is 'uniting to change society'. Our mission is to change our society by presenting Christ credibly as Good News through communicating biblical truth through a united voice of Evangelicals to the National Assembly for Wales and to the media, Evangelism and the transformation of communities through social action.
Gobaith I Gymru
Our primary aim is to serve God in the Welsh-speaking community. This will involve working with churches and existing projects as well as on new initiatives, providing resources as we are able towards this urgent work, and sharing a vision of God's heart in this area. Prayer is crucial if we are to do God's will: we will constantly seek to encourage Christians to support our work through prayer. We look forward to working with local churches and encouraging co-operation between them on outreach activities to Welsh speakers, especially young people. GiG is keen to support local projects, especially work in Welsh schools, motivating the many Welsh speakers who worship in English churches to reach out to other Welsh speakers, and encouraging and empowering young people to join outreach groups.
Pillar Community Church
Think of a church that has the best qualities of a Starbucks Coffee house, a relaxed atmosphere, open discussion, and of course, good coffee. Now imagine the approach of an A.A. meeting where nobody thinks that they are any better than anybody else, the people are accepting, and everybody is there to help everyone else along on their spiritual journey. The best way to summarize our approach is through our motto: "KEEP IT REAL".
