Baptism

At Hill City Church we believe that baptism is one of the important and exciting things a Christian will ever do. It speaks of dying to our old, broken way of doing life, burying our sin with Jesus and receiving His beautiful, free gift of eternal life.

In fact we're so into baptism that we are committed to making our baptism services memorable celebrations that will live long in the memory.

Our next baptism service is set for (date to be decided), which will once again include a service at Cold Barn Farm, followed by baptisms and a BBQ at Newton beach, Porthcawl. Please feel free to join us...

Our First Baptism Service (13th September 2009)
Our first ever baptism service took take place on Sunday 13th September 2009, with a short service at Cold Barn Farm, followed by a church family trip to Newton Beach, Porthcawl where we baptised 3 people in the Atlantic Ocean! After this we celebrated God's amazing grace together as we enjoyed a BBQ and played games on the beach.
