COMMUNITY

As a church we want to be a place and community of blessing to those who live in our local area. To that end we run a number of groups and ministries which seek to do this.

Little Lights Baby & Toddler Group

Little Lights is a warm and welcoming group for pre-school age children and their parents/carers. It meets each Wednesday in term time at 10am and you’d be very welcome to join us.

Messy Church

Messy church meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 4pm for games, crafts, a Bible talk and a meal. It’s for primary age children and their parents/carers, is great fun, and we’d love to see you there.

Open Door

Open door is a once a month gathering which aims to be a warm and welcoming place for the over 50s. Including craft, table games and refreshments, friendship and fellowship are top of the bill. Please do get in touch or check our Facebook page for latest dates or with any questions.

Board Games Evenings

Usually on the 3rd Friday of each month at 6pm this is just a great time of fun and fellowship around the old classic board games and some newer ones as well.

Youth

Our youth group for school years 7-10 tends to meet on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month at 7:30pm. All in this age range are welcome for games, refreshments, a Bible talk and great fun.

Breakfast

Once a month before our Sunday service (normally the 3rd Sunday) we share a delicious breakfast together. A great time of fellowship, you’re more than welcome to join us, you definitely won’t go home hungry!

Foodbank

As a church we are privileged to have good links with the Eastern Valley Foodbank. Each week the Foodbank provides emergency food for scores of families in the valley who are facing hard times, and we are hugely grateful for their work. We also currently have the privilege of hosting a Foodbank drop-in session twice a week and have partnered with them to set up our community garden below.
