As a church we are delighted to be working in partnership with a Compassion project in Burkina Faso, though whom we have seen dozens of children sponsored out of poverty and blessed with education, health care and gospel teaching. Earlier this year one of our members, Margaret Davies, set about the colossal task of knitting puppets for all 125(ish) kids of the Compassion project that we partner with in Burkina Faso. Well done Margaret and thank you for all your hard work and dedication!
Great news from our partner church in Burkina Faso! The Compassion classroom project has now been completed, providing much needed new facilities and creating opportunities for scores more children from the Paspanga community to receive invaluable education, food, health care and Christian love. Thanks to all who have been involved in helping to raise funds for this project – your money has already made a HUGE difference to the lives of so many precious kids. HOWEVER, there is still much to be done and funds still to be raised in order for us to fulfil our commitments to seeing this project through to completion.
More fund-raising news coming soon.
